Cornstock Music Fest
Brings Fodder to the Festival
The Festival has been known for its unique
events and is known for their musical events as well. This year
the Festival has brought together several local bands, groups
and national tribute bands to bring you the best in musical
entertainment and have named it “Cornstock” (play
on the infamous Woodstock and popcorn). This event will take
place each year and feature several of our Wabash Valley Bands
that we support. It’s sorta’ like a Festival within a Festival
and unique to us. These bands have a lot of good talent and
provide entertainment throughout the area and many of our
attendees recommended these bands for Cornstock Music Fest
which will begin on Friday, October 1st with four
valley bands as follows:

Cornstock continues with other
musical events for the Festival and have been listed separately
in the Festival Brochure and include the following:

As the Festival grows, we are hoping that
Cornstock will become more popular and that we are able
to introduce other local bands and groups. The Festival wants
to bring in all types and hopes it will become musically diverse
in the future providing that it appeals to our Festival
audience. It is felt that no one will be unhappy with the
choices since these groups have a following and come highly
recommended. All performances will be held in the band shell
and in the pavilion if inclement weather should arrive. Peace
