York Chevrolet Escorts Festival Queen and Her Court at K-Day Parade

 

 

The Popcorn Festival Queen, Sandy Little and First Runner-up, Olivia Kumpf were on hand to wave at the audience in the annual Kiwanis Day Parade that took place on the downtown streets of Brazil on Saturday, 22 September.  Ms. Little and Ms. Kumpf looked beautiful in there gowns, sashes, and crowns.  The crowd enjoyed having them in the parade as noted by the smiles and waves sent back to them as they road down the parade route to finish up at the Forest Park Plaza.  The K-Day Parade is one of the annual events that many Brazilians look forward to attending and for some, to even participate as an entrant.  Ms. Sandra Little will move up to compete in the Indiana Festival’s Association Scholarship Pageant in November 2007 to be held in Indianapolis.  We wish Sandy the best of fun as she represents our Festival in that competition.  The Festival wishes to thank York Chevrolet of Brazil and Charlie and Jacquie Reberger for the loans of the convertible cars to show off our Queen and her court.
